Grill of My Dreams--Challenge #1 final posts

Here are our post for the PBE's Grill of My Dreams Challenge (first set of participants). This was fun and though we had only four participants I feel we had the cream of the BBQ crop this Memorial Day. We might even make this an annual affair. So as Doodles would say, stay tuna'd!
