If you have never cooked a meal in an RV you are in for a treat. I also hope to do a restaurant review along the way, so ...stay tuna'd!

I've cooked numerous meals on a two-burner Coleman campstove, and while it takes some planning, those have been some of the bst meals I have ever served my family! Have fun and I look forward to your posts!
Fantastic. That is my dream vacation. I am sooo jealous. I would love to leisurely travel all over the US and eat in dives across the country, camp in RV sites, meet folks from all over and experience cuisines from all over the country. Please do post about your adventures. I would love to read about your travels.
