Looks good. To get the pork ...Great first attempt. Looks good. To get the pork shoulder to fall off the bone you need to get the internal meat temp to 195. It is very hard to do with the Brinkman because of the attention it needs to maintain temps. <BR/><BR/>I first started out using a Brinkman when I first started doing this.
